NEW FOR 2026 – PRE-CONFERENCE SOCIAL RECEPTION!
On Wednesday February the RMAECS committee would like to invite all of our out of town guest who wil be staying with us at the Marriott Hotel to join us for a social receptions inthe trade show area. There will be food and beverages as well as a “Pothole” tournament with as many as 32 teams participating. The top 3 teams will split $1000 cash prize. Registration is required to attend this NO COST event and may be done on this website.  

• Social Event begins at 6pm.  Pot Hole Warm-Ups at 5:30pm. 
• Tourney begins at 6:15pm, completed by 8pm.
• No cost for Conference Attendees.
• On-Site Tourney registration ends at 6pm, but Pre-Reservation is highly recommended. To register, Email:  tgonser@cutlerrepaving.com
• Registration limited to the first 32 Teams.
• Prize Pool:  $500 1^st Place, $300 2^nd Place, $200 3^rd Place. (Prizes will be awarded on Visa Gift Cards)
• Single Elimination.
• 13 minute Time Limit per game, high score advances.
• All other rules follow ACA Guidelines.
